    We also offer 2:1 and 3:1 private classes for you and your partner(s)/friend(s).

  • Group Lesson

    Our 4:1 group class, unlike traditional group class, allows for more one-on-one time spent on each client to maximize the efficiency of knowledge transfer. Utilizing equipment including the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac, Mat, the group class relays a variety of techniques in the Pilates repertoire at different intensities to the clients.
