Basic traditional Pilates techniques taught in details. This class is ideal for clients who are getting into Pilates for the first time.
Align-Pilates
A mixture of basic and intensified movements focused on proper alignment. This class is designed for clients advancing from the beginner level.
Connective Pilates
Feel the body's movement connected to the core. This class is crafted for clients that wish to strengthen muscles around the core and lumbar-pelvic region.
Rhythm and flow
Connect breathing and joint movements fluidly, like water.
Re-Focus Mat on the Cadillac
Beginner-friendly movements executed on an elevated mat (Cadillac). This class focuses on traditional mat techniques with a twist that incorporates Cadillac components. The goal is for the client to be able to eventually take these movements home and practice at their own pace.

Most classes (except Mat) utilizes the Pilates reformer machine, which is a specialized piece of equipment designed to enhance and intensify traditional Pilates exercises.
