    Non-refundable Case

    1) Refunds 2 days before the lesson start date : Total payment excluding 10% penalty

    2) Refunds after the lesson start date : Total payment excluding 10% penalty and 1 class fee taken by customer

    3) Non-refundable after more than half of the total lesson period has elapsed

  • 1. Please adhere to our 24-hour cancellation policy. Failure to show up or cancel late will result in a charge, and makeup classes will not be provided.
    2. Clients can cancel or reschedule classes through the official website (Jane) or by notifying BodyLink staff no later than 24 hours before the scheduled class, within the expiration date.
    3. All classes must be completed by the contract expiration date (Start date / Expiration Date):
    • 10 sessions: 3 months expiry
    • 20 sessions: 5 months expiry

    Promotion Class Expiration Dates Differ:
    • 10 sessions: 10 weeks expiry
    • 20 sessions: 4 months expiry
    Expiration Date Extensions:
    • Clients may negotiate an extension under the following circumstances: a. Long-term business trip b. Health-related hospitalization and surgery
    Note:
    • Extension requests require the submission of supporting documents.
