We are thrilled and grateful to welcome you into our studio.

The safety of our staff, clients and loved ones has been and will remain our top priority. Hence, we will continue to offer private sessions, group classes to offer you and to keep your Pilates classes-regimen to support you in health, wellness, and community connection.

We have outlined below what we are doing to support the safety of everyone in our valued community.

Agreement

STUDIO FLOW

  1. Payment:

    All classes and appointments must be paid in advance.

  2. Class Duration:

    In-studio regular private sessions and group classes are 50 minutes in length to allow for cleaning and smooth transitions.

  3. Arrival and Entrance:

    Enter the studio or movement space only when advised by the instructor.

    Wash hands/sanitize upon entrance and before leaving.

    Arrive on time for your session, minimizing wait time at the studio.

HEALTH and SAFETY POLICY

  1. Risk Acknowledgment:

    Acknowledge the inherent risks in Pilates, Yoga, Dance, Physical & Aerobic exercises, and voluntarily assume all associated risks.

  2. Special Conditions:

    Pregnant women, the elderly, and those with other medical conditions can exercise with a doctor's note.

    Parents with infants/children may exercise, but the studio is not responsible for any injuries.

  3. Responsibility and Waiver (Read Moore detail in Liability waiver agreement)

    Acknowledge responsibility for health conditions and assume all responsibility for participation.

    Waive, release, and hold harmless the studio, its owner, managers, contractors, employees, and trainers from any liabilities resulting from participation.

  4. Health Updates:

    Notify the studio of any changes in health/medical condition.

ONGOING MEASURES

  1. Hygiene Practices:

    Adhere to rigorous hygiene practices in line with government guidelines for COVID-19.

    Maintain social distance in the reception area.

    Turn off phones and keep them out of the movement space.

  2. Attire and Safety:

    Wear socks in the studio for safety and hygiene.

    Come in comfortable active wear; no shoes in the movement space.

  3. Sanitization:

    Use provided hand sanitizers, tissues, and trash cans.

    Clean all personal equipment and touched surfaces with provided disinfectant under instructor guidance.

  4. Cleaning:

    Instructors will clean communal touchpoints between clients.

    Regular deep cleaning of all studio surfaces will be conducted.

TEACHING

  1. Instruction Methods:

    As part of our commitment to providing effective and personalized instruction, our teachers may occasionally use tactile cues during sessions. These cues involve non-intrusive physical touch aimed at enhancing your understanding of body movement, fostering correct alignment, and optimizing exercise engagement. It is important to emphasize that any physical touch employed by our instructors is strictly for instructional purposes and is not in any way associated with sexual expression or favor. We prioritize a professional and respectful environment to ensure your safety, comfort, and optimal learning experience. If you have any concerns or preferences regarding physical touch during sessions, please feel free to discuss them with your instructor.

  2. Client Responsibility:

    Clients are responsible for adjusting their own equipment with instructor guidance.

  3. Special Offerings:

    Stay tuned for special courses and workshops, both in-studio and online.

  4. Substitute Teachers:

    The studio reserves the right to assign a substitute teacher.
